Decolonizing Therapy: Reimagining Therapy as Social Justice Work
As clients become increasingly vocal about the ways they are impacted by social injustice, therapists are being called to expand their toolkit beyond the conventional Eurocentric approaches to clinical practice. - Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to describe and demonstrate the application of at least 2 decolonizing strategies that center systemic liberation in a therapeutic context.
